Partnership between LogPoint & finally safe
Protection against state-of-the-art threats such as ransomware and significant reduction of false positives - LogPoint and finally safe combine SIEM and monitoring to provide comprehensive security monitoring.
LogPoint, provider of next-generation big data analysis and security information and event management (SIEM) software, and finally safe, provider of the intelligent " Advanced Security Analytics Platform ", announce their partnership. By integrating traffic analysis software into SIEM, security managers can further enhance the granularity of their security monitoring. The solution from both providers is available through the relevant partner networks of the two manufacturers and therefore 100 percent via the channel.
"We found LogPoint while looking for a European SIEM solution, especially as it is the only solution that has EAL3+ certification," says Diego Sanchez, Sales Manager & Marketing at finally safe. "Together, we can now offer comprehensive security monitoring that uses only components 'Made in Europe' and thus meets the requirements of our clients."
"With SIEM, we are already monitoring numerous areas of the IT infrastructure for suspicious behavior via the large number of log sources, and now finally safe also adds data traffic. Talks with partners and customers at the security exhibition it-sa also encourage us to work with technology partners also based in Europe to offer even better protection against modern cyber attacks," explains Pascal Cronauer, Regional Director Central Europe at LogPoint. This will ensure protection against current threats such as ransomware and reduce the number of false positives.
The integration of finally safe in LogPoint was first presented to a larger audience at the it-sa in October 2018. The collaborative sales activities include the fact that companies can also purchase the combined solution as a Managed Security Service via special partners.
